It's 2016 and the headline still hasn't changed: female nonprofit executives earn less than their male counterparts. Plus, the larger a nonprofit gets, the fewer female executives it has: 55% of small nonprofits have female leaders, whereas only 18% of the largest nonprofits do.

Women are also underrepresented when it comes to having seats on nonprofit boards. Overall, women comprise 43% of the membership of nonprofit boards, however, that drops to just 33% when considering boards of nonprofits with incomes of $25M+.

Clearly, something needs to change. During this robust panel presentation moderated by Lansie Sylvia, HMC's Director of Engagement, we'll explore the complexities of women's leadership and discuss proven leadership principles and practices by female executives at the top of their game. Panelists include:

The event is proudly hosted by the Regional Foundation Center at the Free Library of Philadelphia. We will be in the Skyline Room, located on the 4th Floor.

A light breakfast will be available, generously sponsored by The Junior League of Philadelphia.

The panel will begin promptly at 9:30am and conclude at 10:30am. Come early at 9am or stay late until 11am for mingling and networking!

You must have a ticket to attend this event.

Due to capacity, we are no longer accepting waiting list requests at this time.
